The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the Technical University of Crete invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions.
The School is committed to excellence in research and education and offers an active international student exchange program. Its teaching and research activities span five principal areas: Automatic Control Systems, Computer Science, Electric Energy Systems, Electronics and Computer Architecture, and Telecommunications.
Through the dedicated efforts of its faculty, staff, and students, the School has achieved sustained improvements in academic quality. Most faculty members earned their degrees from leading international universities, and several held tenure-track or tenured faculty positions abroad before joining the School.
Many of the School’s graduates hold faculty or research positions at leading institutions in the United States and Europe. Others have founded technology startups or pursued successful international careers in engineering and technology.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Successful candidates will be expected to establish an independent research program and contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching.
Under Greek law, applicants for faculty positions must demonstrate C1-level proficiency in Greek at the time of application.
